Gabriel Holy Design collects, stores, uses and discloses certain information when the User visits the Application, uses the Device and connecting it to the Network.
Gabriel Holy Design recognizes the importance of keeping that information secure.
This Policy applies only to the Application, Services, HVAC Bridge Devices and the Device. By accepting the Terms of Use and using the Application and the Services, the User also accepts the terms of the Policy.
This Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. Gabriel Holy Design will notify the User of any material changes to the Policy by posting the new Policy on the Application. The User is advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
In this Policy, anything that appears in a masculine form shall also mean the feminine form and vice versa.

The fact that Gabriel Holy Design links to a websites is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of Gabriel Holy Design affiliation with that third party. Gabriel Holy Design do not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on the User’s device, collect data or solicit personally identifiable information from the User. If the User follows a link to any of these third party websites, he does so at his own risk, these Applications have their own privacy policies and he waives any claim against Gabriel Holy Design for any responsibility or liability for these policies.
